In solidarity with Madrona Park tenants who've experienced a recent 60-100%+ rent increase, we will gather at Zaran Sayre and Associates, LLC. office to make these demands:

1) Schedule the rent increase to occur no earlier than April 1, 2018 to allow tenants more time to prepare for relocation options and solutions

2) Offer each tenant financial assistance (not loans) to cover move-in costs, including: application fees, deposits, first and last month's rent, and other move-in fees.
